This common failure leads to tangled wire, frustrating downtime, material waste, and a significant slowdown in project completion. Our durable bobbin system fundamentally eliminates this structural instability. By providing a steady core and integrated support, the bobbins ensure that the wire roll maintains its integrity until the very last foot is laid out.

We understand that fencing professionals utilize a variety of deployment units. To ensure maximum compatibility and ease of integration, each of our patented bobbins comes standard with the following components for field installation:

• Integrated Wear Plate: A heavy-duty wear plate is included to protect the core structure from abrasion and friction, extending the operational life of the bobbin under demanding working conditions.

• Weld-In Inserts: weld-in inserts are provided, allowing the user to securely and permanently attach the bobbin to their existing or custom-built barbed wire dispensing unit. 

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your bobbins, we strongly recommend the application of a high-quality grease. This lubrication is a preventative measure designed to significantly minimize the friction and mechanical wear that naturally occurs during operation.
